Kids will learn race techniques and tactics and build upon the skills they already have in an environment that promotes fun. First participants should have strong skiing skills, but no race experience is necessary.*

*For All D-teams: The D-Team Programs will compete against other local areas four times per season. Transportation to other ski areas is not provided. Race times may be earlier than practice times. Lift ticket or season pass is required in addition to program fee.

Mountain D-Teams -  FREESTYLE
Kids ages 8-18; intermediate to advanced skiers, levels 3-6.

Sundays 1pm to 3:30pm and Thursdays 6:30pm - 8:30pm

$295 Dec. - Feb. beginning Dec 6

This program welcomes all intermediate to advanced skiers. For those who are just beginning, the program teaches students the primary skills it takes to go off jumps and grind rails. For the more experienced free-stylist, the focus becomes on being more technically sound in the air, learning new and more difficult tricks, and having more style in the air and on the rails. Skills like skiing switch will become second nature to the students, so twin-tip skis are highly recommended, although not required. Video analysis of skiers and end-of-year highlight DVD included.*

*For All D-teams: The D-Team Programs will compete against other local areas four times per season. Transportation to other ski areas is not provided. Race times may be earlier than practice times. Lift ticket or season pass is required in addition to program fee.

For the snowboarder who wants to ride the terrain park, in a fun group environment. Our coaches will show younger riders, or riders new to the park, the proper way to ride and land in the terrain park. Older or more experienced park riders will benefit from coaches teaching them new tricks, new approaches to the same tricks or better lines to take on multiple features. We offer something for everyone who wants to get better in the park. Each participant must have strong riding skills, but no park experience is necessary.*
